A NEW YEAR--A NEW OPPORTUNITY
THE 2006 HOWARD COUNTY FAIR IS SCHEDULED FOR September 27 - 30, 2006.
Commercial outside space rents for $115 plus $1.75 per front foot or $75 per front foot for display only space, Food concession booth space rents for $150 plus 15% of sales in excess of $1,000. We recommend that food concessions be in an enclosed type trailer.

NO EXCLUSIVE CONTRACTS will be awarded unless request for exclusive rights are requested in writing to the Howard County Fair Board. The Board wll negotiate conditions of the exclusive contract and will have final authority in granting exclusive rights.
AN EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED TO "OLE TIME FUNNEL CAKES". No other vendor may sell funnel cakes without written consent of the Howard County Far Association.
When you return your signed contract please include a list of the items (exclusive of funnel cakes) and the prices you plan to charge. We request that you not alter your prices during the fair without permission of the Board.
Electrical requirements should be provided with your contract. Electrical rates are $20 for 30 AMP service, and $30 for 40 AMP service.
ICE: Concessionaires should purchase all ice from the Howard county Fair Association.
WASTE: Disposal of waste products must be made with management in advance. No open ground disposal.
SET UP: Concessionaires may set up Tuesday afternoon or before 1:00 PM on Wednesday.

Saturday 10:00a.m. - 10:00p.m.
